The audio's pretty muddy, the video is from a camera phone, but there are places where you can hear his solo quite well. It's a Tchaikovsky piece, and I loved it.
He's been accepted to George Washington university in Washington DC. Almost a full ride, First Chair in violin this year. Summa Cum Laude with a 4.35 gpa. Voted "Most Likely To Succeed," literally.
Better kid than I deserve, certainly.
