The "El Cazador" Taqueria in south San Antonio Texas. The proprietor of this establishment is a hunter (hence the name) who will make you any kind of taco you like. Elk, Dove, Quail, Venison, Rattlesnake, Fresh & Salt water fishes, and God knows what else. (I'm afraid to eat there myself.)
